Shipping
When you place an order, we will ship the package within one or two business days (merch is made to order and can take about a week to ship). Depending on the shipping provider used (UPS, FedEx or USPS), delivery can take 2 - 5 business days.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you need to return an item, contact us via phone or email. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
